LOVE ATK Cooks Illustrated is the only magazine I subscribe to. Beautiful to look at and I learn something I can use every time I read it Their scone recipie is KILLER and ruins every other potential scone in your future This technique is nice and correct and if I had decent counter space I might use it. But more goes on the floor than on the food

The key on it not making a mess with the seasonings is to park your cutting board over the sink wink.gif
