Well, I am not on the Peninsula anymore, living in Everett now. But I grew up in PA and LOVE the Olympics and the Coast. I have been hiking the coast sense I was 5 or 6. I am planing a trip up or down the cost (Hoe to Shi-Shi or flip flop) this winter, probably late January or February, maybe the week before Valentines day. I work for myself so I am fairly flexible. Biggest factor will be the weather, cold is fine, just not real cold and heavy rain. Anyone would be welcome to join up, I will be soloing the trip, but would gladly welcome company for some or all of the trip. Probably about a weeks worth of time, not real fast, but traveling most days. Wolfman

I'm gonna try to make more trips to the Olympics. In fact, the girlfriend and I are planning on heading out there Friday evening and Saturday for some snowshoe action, just haven't found a trail yet
