Thanks Queeny. WHen do you figure Mowichy will be 100% thawed?

Maybe a week, just a little lingering on the sides, Eunice will be a while and those meadows up there probably a month! Yikes!

Wow even a week makes a difference, but still a lot of snow up there.

Thanks for the trip report! We were going to head there, but opted for the Palisades instead. Nice to see what is going on there. Love that area. up.gif Such a late snowmelt, for sure.

This is really helpful info...I'd like to take a group in Aug. 12-13 with several adults and kids from 5 to 13 for an overnight. If anyone goes in this coming week I sure look forward to the beta!!

Thanks for the report. I was thinking about this area but I think I'll hold off another week. Our only fear - mosquitoes. They are going to be hungry!

rotf.gif Not surprised - last year we tried to make it to Fremont Lookout just after the snow melt. They got the best of us. It is that time now at Rainier. Bring on the Headnets.... We're trying the Teanaway instead. biggrin.gif
