Seven of the Usual Suspects hiked up to Cutthroat Pass from Rainy Pass on Saturday. Beautiful day. That trail doesn't feel like 5 miles. If you go, just be aware that Porcupine Creek can be higher in the late afternoon with snow melt.

Thanks, BPJ. Neil, in the lead, is 74 and shows no sign of slowing down. He was a little concerned that this hike was only 10 miles RT and 2000 ft gain -- not enough workout.

Not that this thread is the place for this discussion but why? He was flying it legally. You might find them annoying but to throw rocks at is BS.
