I was just looking through some of my old photos and came upon this one of Robin Lakes from partway up the shoulder of Granite Mountain:


Upon closer inspection, I think you can (possibly) see the outlet of Circle Lake on the left flank of Mount Daniel; something I'd never noticed before. Is this actually true?

I'm thinking that's on the wrong side of the SE Ridge to be Circle.  It's nestled right below The Citadel.

Yeah, I think what you have marked is the snowfield north of circle lake that drains down to hyas lake. Circle lake is on the back side of the ridge behind where you have marked.

The label seems to be shifted on my cellphone, compared to where I put it on my laptop. shakehead.gif

Having said that, after looking at a map I think you guys are right and itís one ridge further back. Thanks!
