Short overnight snowshoe to Sand Lake just north of White Pass (Hwy 12)
The hike is about 3 miles from the TH to the lake with maybe 900 feet of up.
The tail starts out at the Nordic center at White Pass ski area then connects with the PCT, we did a bit extra road walk to the PCT trail crossing at Hwy 12 not understanding that the Nordic centers signs that said no foot traffic did not include snowshoes.
