A few weeks ago someone put 2 notes on a photo I posted in reply to my request for an ID of 2 mountains. I can't find the explanation of how they did this. I can't see anything on the edit page of a post to show how to add a note like this. I searched for topics on adding notes to a photo but no results. Maybe "notes" is the wrong word here, but it's the one used on Flickr. Captions are what you write under the photo. Is there an explanation for how to add notes on photos?

Click on the photo to open, then double click where you want to add a label There is a little note at the top that pops up when you are hovering over the opened pic telling you how to do it.
I think this is what you are refering to.
