While I would never ask the Bobbster, I wonder what the price tag on a trip like this is?

when hotpantz and i went last year, it was $6800 (total) for 43 days. that covered all food, hostels, and transportation minus the big transportation item of flying from seattle to buenos aires (gifted miles from hotpantz' brother).

And the national park fees! Tierra del Fuego, Perito Moreno, and Torres del Paine all have park fees. And the Argentina ones you have to pay per day. Thanks for trying to save the tickets for us though winksmile.gif No sleeping Jackie picture? I have one of her sitting around at the lake if you want it smile.gif

Very nice trip, Bobbi. I wish I had known you were in Buenos Aires, we could have had an impromptu nwhikers social. I just returned from my own Andean adventure and will post a report later.
