Earlier in the week Steve and I had a short weather window, but Wenatchee weather has been generally at least partly sunny of late so we started hiking from the Saddle Rock TH towards Dry Gulch, but went East up to Rooster Comb following the graded road and trails along Witchita Ridge to it's high point then across the plateau descending into the basin above Dry Gulch. We had lunch / coffee on some warmed basalt pile then headed down the trail to Dry Gulch and out the road to the parking lot. The trails were generally compact snow and ice with quite a bit of mud. The narrow section of the trail coming down into Dry Gulch was very icy, so be aware of that. We did use our microspikes on that section. When the weather is nicer, and the trails in good condition this is a good fast paced exercise loop, especially if you come up Windy Ridge.
