Nice ones radka, that Glacier Pk. shot is outstanding up.gif up.gif An excellent exposure showing both the mountains and sharp stars with the Milky Way as a bonus! I tried some at Mt. Rainier last weekend with my NEX-7 and couldn't get the damn thing focused. The lenses on that camera focus around and around, so there is no infinity stop. I just read about a new idea to bring a laser pointer that you shine on a distant object to focus on. I'm going to try that next.

Yeah, Ben Canales is one of the really popular (and talented) night photogs out there right now. I watched a Google Hangout vid with him and a bunch of other really good night photogs doing a panel discussion of sorts. Really interesting - if you're into that kind of stuff.. smile.gif
