Wildernessed and I decided on a spur of the moment impromptu flower scouting hike around the Saddle Rock area in Wenatchee. Since he had just done a similar hike the day before in the opposite direction I was informed the TR should be mine. We had great weather and spotted lots of butter cups and some smaller flowers around. Not to mention ample evidence of other flowers getting ready to burst out. I trust he will add the photo evidence. Great day for a hike and a chance to beta test my new Vasque Breeze 2.0 boots(recommended by the wild man after trying his).

Nice throwing those different loops together, and going places I haven't been, as the trails get harder you can really get a fast paced scenic workout. I did get a good sun burn on the trip.
