You can laugh but meat leads to heart failure, high blood pressure, erectile dysfunction, and more. But that just the start, there is additives and toxins in meat that cause other terrible side effects and possibly cancer.
So when I say it makes people sick I don't just mean that it gives them a tummy ache.

My dad once told me to never take dietary advice from someone that steals toilet paper from public bathrooms.

That link doesn't really supply much information. It makes me wonder whether it is dehydrated or freeze dried. The seasoning contains canola oil, which isn't going to dehydrate. Also the instructions are to put the patty in water for two minuted. That isn't very long for rehydrating either dehydrated or freeze dried meat. Maybe it is dried only a little bit.
Anyway, what does one of these weigh?
