Took a short trip up to Dock Butte this morning south of Mt Baker. Rain dissipated by the time we reached the trailhead, and it was almost sunny by the time we left. Had some nice views even if it was a little cloudy. Thanks Mike for getting out, it had been way too long since our last trip. Notes: Road is in good shape and pretty well signed to the Blue Lake Trailhead. Nice, easy 2-3hr hike. Still some annoying bugs. A few blueberries were found.
