We upload pictures through Yahoo. Suddenly they are uploading bigger than the original picture size. Any ideas???

In the past they have always loaded as thumbnails. Now thumbnails aren't being created, only giant size.

OK, weird, they seem to be thumbnailing now... I did have to refresh the page to see the thumbnails.
