"Encounters in Avalanche Country: A History of Survival in the Mountain West, 1820-1920" A lecture by Diana Di Stefano, assistant professor of history at the University of Alaska Fairbanks Tuesday, October 29 4:00 p.m. Petersen Room, Allen Library, University of Washington Free and open to the public.
