I am thinking about doing a weekend hike next weekend (leaving in the morning on Jun 27). Can anyone make a guess on the snow conditions? I think it may be a little early for this hike...

I was in the area on June 10, 2012. Still lots of snow at that time but consolidated. We came in via the Middle Fork. A couple of these pics might give you an idea of what conditions could be like coming from the Snow Lake side if that's your idea. https://www.nwhikers.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7998765&highlight=

Outside of a abnormal year, June is simply to soon to be bagging high mountain lakes.

Snow Lake June 15 Is Upper Wildcat higher or lower than Snow Lake?

Snow Lake is about 4000 feet, Upper Wildcat ~ 4200 give or take. Lower Wildcat is about 3900 feet so they are all in the same ballpark.
