I don't ever recall seeing fish rising in Warm Lake.

Warm Lake is really a small, shallow pond (which is why it gets relatively "warm" by late summer). I'd be surprised if it's stocked with fish.

It has been stocked with goldens-not recently. It is subject to winterkill.
