I'm not sure how seekrit this one actually is, they may be taking liberties with the story when the reality is that it's simply not one of the better known, signed and roaded ones. I have my copy of Caves of Washington out now, and this seems to fit the description of Dynamited Cave, an obvious guess based on the story in CoW and this one.
