What about Kenmore Air? Don't know if they allow jumpers, but with a wingsuit you might be able to power-dive directly down to your place of employment. Minor route variation could be offset by diving with a fold-a-bike strapped to your chest.
Can't comment on the part south of Hwy 520. But Juanita Dr is a way more enjoyable (albeit hillier) route than 100th.
after a couple of bike commutes to work from kenmore, i agree with this statement. juanita dr is definitely my route of choice. i also tried the sammamish river trail to the 520 trail. nice enough, but long and the hill at the end defeats the purpose. plus, the connecting streets in and around bellevue are not as nice. i've taken a bus that goes over 100th. no way would i want to bike that. too much traffic; too many lights.
the entire route is more or less new pavement. it's pretty awesome. so far, cars seem to be attentive enough on the hills of juanita. we'll see when summer rolls around.
