Go into google maps...throw these coords in: 47.260105, -120.144972, click on earth for sat view, and tell me that isn't suspicious.

I have hiked around out in that area and encountered water troughs that have corrugated roofs that act as both shade and water catchers. The 2 metal pieces were "V"d to slightly overlap in an off set. Rain would run down and empty into the trough
they were quite big, not the size of a conventional 50 Gal trough

The one SF found is also only about 1/2 mile from the Colockum Wildlife Area headquarters, so it would make sense that it's a WDFW trough.
