Many tricker treaters where you are? hairy.gif

Touron is a nougat of Arabic origin made with almonds and honey or sugar, without which it would just not be Christmas in Spain.

I used to have a vinyl copy of Daniel Chorzempa playing Bach at Our Lady's Church in Breda, Holland. Great stuff. Looks like they never put it onto a CD.

More than any other year, and we've lived here 27 years. The neighborhood must be growing down.

About 1200 so far and they're still coming. There's a kid crying and screaming in the driveway right now- we ran out of candy a few minutes ago...

The same thing year after year. None! Now I just don't buy candy (except for myself) and I turn the outside lights off. For those that might say I cheating the kids that do come by, I don't hear any. They certainly aren't coming to the door. It's been this way for the 20 or so years I've been here. Just not one of the popular neighborhoods.

No trick or treaters out here right before the earth drops off. I didn't really expect any though. Hell, my record has been nine days without seeing any humanoids and truth be told, if I had a munchkin in the house, I probably would not take them down my road either... embarassedlaugh.gif

Very few people trick-or-treat these days in my area, which is sad but understandable. You can't walk door-to-door, instead you must drive house-to-house!

I raced up to the store to buy more candy. As soon as I got back two little girls showed up at the door, but no knocks at the door since then. No shortage of candy now!

None as usual at our house, steep driveway, dark streets, houses far apart. Have to eat the Reese's ourselves tongue.gif

Another year of nobody frown.gif at least I don't buy the candy... No other houses on my road and I have three dogs, one of which is rather large... Out in the country, most people take their kids into the big Halloween party in the tiny village where there are fireworks and hot dogs. That's where we took our kids!

Going on my fifth year at my house and have never had a trick or treater. I live at the end of a long, dark driveway. If I lit it up, they would probably risk the walk since there are plenty of them in the neighborhood. But, I always buy a ton of candy just in case. Since I don't give it out, I use it to bribe kidless co-workers for a week or two.

And the meek shall inherit the Earth...um...if that's ok with you.

It looks like Reese's won the World Series, but against Twix? The National League must have been weak this year.
