I hadn't been in to Tronsen Basin this winter and I found the snow superb, with only a few logs to sidestep or go around. The incoming system will freshen and cover a few more of them. There are just enough downhill stretches to keep it interesting on cross-country skis.
Some Obstructions
Sun on Miller with Navajo, Stuart, & Brothers
East Brother separated from Enchantments by Ingalls Ck.

I always have seem to have a sound track from The Head and The Heart drifting through my mind when I'm back in there. Down in the Valley
"These are the places you will find me hidin'
These are the places I will always go...
I am on my way back to where I started."
"These are the places you will find me hiding'...These are the places I will always go."
(Down in the Valley by The Head and The Heart)
"Sometimes you're happy. Sometimes you cry.
Half of me is ocean. Half of me is sky."
(Thanks, Tom Petty)

Tony - looks like you should have waited one more day and gotten to glide on some real snow. Or were you waiting for that before heading up to Mission? on the trip
