You know what...?
The terrain is terrific, and the photos are stunning. I usually like to be more specific in my comments, especially regarding photos, but there are too many good ones there to do so.
Do you happen to have enough material there for a guidebook? Looks like it to me, though I don't know how saturated the market is over there. I'll definitely be looking through your reports whenever I plan a trip to Alaska. Thanks!

Really enjoyed “Will’s Story” of years 1&2 of 6. Interesting and a good read.
Please have years 3 - 6 completed by the end of the weekend so I may read next week!

Reading this brings back great memories of my years in Alaska. Having been to many of the places you write about and done a lot of the hikes, you have hit it spot on.
Awesome job, thanks for taking the time and effort to put it together!

This is a superb collection in every aspect. We are lucky here at NWHikers to have this available. Bravo.

Thanks for the positive responses. I'll probably set this info up as a blog, so it doesn't get too buried in here. And I'll just keep adding reports and images to this thread, hopefully not getting so far behind this time.
Some aurora photos from around Delta a couple weeks ago:

Wow, just Wow !! Incredible read and really breathtaking photos. Thank you for sharing ! You obviously put a ton of work into this.
I will be working on Prince of Wales island near Ketchikan this summer and travelling parts of Alaska at the end of my contract and your thread really made my day.

Incredible. Thanks for taking the time to do this. You've essentially written a book, for the users on this site to use for free, with hundreds of top notch photos to ogle. I don't know if we deserve it but thank you!

Had the opportunity to head down to Talkeetna for a weekend and do one of the flightseeing trips around Denali. I know, I know, might as well get dropped off and climb something or at least tour around. But my wife isn't a climber, and I really wanted her to see this. I'll be back on my own one of these years...
The morning of the flight, through our bedroom window at the B&B we stayed at:
145
Talkeetna from the plane:
Approaching the mountains:
Kahiltna Glacier area:
North side (that's a 15,000 foot face!):
212 215 246 244 241 238 233 221 220
Ruth Gorge Area:
350 346 342 309 308 304 301 300 299 296 294 291 289 287 286 285 281 277 276 260 257 256
Glacier Landing:
This plus killer food and beers at Denali Brewing Company, and some quality s*** kickin' music at the Fairview, made for a fantastic weekend. Looking forward to summer!

That penultimate set of photos has some spectacular scenery on display! A lot like the Himalayas/Karakorams.
