Or at least more Junuary

Touron is a nougat of Arabic origin made with almonds and honey or sugar, without which it would just not be Christmas in Spain.

More winter on the east coast looks likely. Maybe it will change in latter February.

No rain in San Francisco in January, first time in 165 years

Well, at least the weather is wet now, and the mountains are seeing a little bit of accumulating snow. Unfortunately, last I checked it was supposed to warm up and start raining at high elevations by the end of the week.

I think to get "more winter" you need to have some kind of winter to start with. suuure.gif -payslee

frown.gif up.gif I am driving to Bend OR this coming weekend. Checked out the weather predictions and snow conditions on the route. Even going through the ski areas, I have no need to anticipate anything but rain. A couple months ago, I was worried about timing this trip, due to all the snow and ice I might encounter. Buds are popping, frogs are croaking, and tics and mosquitoes are emerging already. Crazy Year!
