Looking for a trip to plan or tag along with to Glacier National Park (or something in the northwest) this year! Hope to spend anywhere between 4-10 days hiking / back packing, depending on weather and company... but definitely am going, one way or another! Would love to get a small group together, to avoid getting eaten by a bear. Holler if interested, or have any suggestions. Thanks smile.gif Matt

All sounds like great ideas. I've never been, so it'll all be new to me. Still formulating a plan, then i'll call on permits, and hopefully get lucky! Thanks for feedback!

The main way to get advance permits for Glacier is to enter the lottery before Apr 15. Go to the park website and download the backcountry camping guide for details. Also visit: http://www.glacier.nationalparkschat.com/phpBB3/index.php
