You might have discovered a new lookout tower site. Have you read the, Welcome! statement at this web page? http://www.firetower.org/ Also, sometimes the word "lookout" was used to refer to a camp, sans tower. The Washington map for that website (scroll) can help to identify the other local towers and determine weather there was a name change - it may be on there with a different name. You'll recognize it. Good luck.
