There used to be a really slim camera tripod on the market that was lightweight and marketed for quick setup and take down. It was about 5' tall and had bungee cord in the legs. there weren't any clips to secure the legs as they weren't adjustable but they did collapse down to a manageable length fir a pack. Hopefully I'm describing it well enough because I'd like to try and find one online but am lacking a brand name. Any help?

I sure like my carbon Gitzo GT0540.

I have one similar to that, what I think is the original called the Zipshot by Tamrac. It's fine for a compact camera but don't try to put a big DSLR on it. It's light enough that when I'm out on a photo hike I'll just carry the camera attached to the tripod in my hand for even faster setup.
