I read that there is a rental cabin memorializing some guy near the PCT between Chinook & Snoq. Maybe run by snowmobilers or something, can't find it listed on federal or state rental sites. Any idea where it is & who rents it?

It's the Urich Cabin in Government Meadows near Naches Pass, marked as Camp Urich on USGS:

Awesome! Thanks, I guess it's first come first served or something like that, right? Trying to see if it's reservable but no luck so far.

Yeah, I don't think there are rentals/reservations for this one, maybe in the winter once the snow machine folks start getting up there. There is a BBQ there FYI. I walked past it this summer but didn't stay the night.

There is a mountain. Then there is no mountain. Then there is a mountain.
