Have you seen all 6 Star Wars films?

Touron is a nougat of Arabic origin made with almonds and honey or sugar, without which it would just not be Christmas in Spain.

I've never seen a gee-whiz Star Wars show, and have no desire to see one. "Shazam" pyrotechnic tricks do nothing for me. Besides, Star Wars ushered in the end of the quality films we had during the 60s and 70s, when directors (artists) not producers (money men) made movies. Spielberg ushered in the era of "popcorn" movies designed to appeal to a mass audience at a 14-year-old maturity level -- and make loads of money (blockbusters) at whatever cost to quality.

I've seen all six a bazillion times - though I must admit I never saw AoTC in the theater. I'm a huge fan - already have my tickets to the new one. Anyone else?

ditto.gif The originals had some fine moments, but I'm wishing there were a way to erase any memory of the prequels, (that an addicted girlfriend dragged me along to see.) I have 0% hope for anything better out of the sequels. These, on the other hand, are priceless:

Yes, and I wish I hadn't wasted the time watching the three "prequels." The last one, though, was so stupid that, at least in spots, it was funny! (Since I saw them on someone else's DVD, no money involved.) No, I'm not going to the next one, although I may end up having to watch it on DVD a year or two from now when visiting the grandkids.

May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view.--E.Abbey

I've always been more partial to Lord Of The Rings than Star Wars, but now they have their own "prequel" problem. Those Hobbit movies are terrible. Peter Jackson pulled a George Lucas.

Well George Lucas isn't involved, so there's reason for hope. Trailers can be deceptive, but it looks like they are trying hard to pay homage to the original trilogy. I'm definitely excited to give it another try after the disaster of the prequel trilogy.

Gosh yes! (Though the direction things were headed was clear by The Return of the King.) In Hobbit Pt. 1, I thought mining the appendices and The Simarillion for backstory was an excellent way to integrate a simple children's story with the mythology of LotR - but then Jackson starts just making sh*t up, whole action sequences meant only to sell video games, and having noble characters like Thorin, (just like Faramir in RotK), turn on their friends in the name of dramatic tension... Pathetic. Wish we could have seen what del Toro could have done with The Hobbit. Such a waste.

Didn't know that. Okay, I'll hope.

Yes -- but I enjoyed the "Phantom Edit" more than the official episode I release. I was in high school when episode 4 was released -- saw it at the UA 150

I have seen all six star wars movies and all star trek movies and all firefly/serinity and any other scifi flick that comes along. Remember they are just movies and like non scifi there are always problems..Ever watch an old western to see the power lines in the background? I have seen movies by famous actors/actresses that were not even b grade. Good actors plus good directors, make fairly decent movies. I do however prefer my own movies that I dream at nite. I am captain zappo and I control the biggest baddest star ship and I can overcome all obsticles, even Q.

Disney bought Lucasfilm in 2012, he won't be the director or producer of the film.
