I didn't see any reports lately, but somebody just reported that he couldn't enter the road anymore: http://www.wta.org/go-hiking/trip-reports/trip_report.2015-11-25.8000383330 . The Lower Mill Creek cam can also be helpful: http://www.wsdot.com/traffic/nccam.aspx?cam=9304
