I couldn't get this location used in the latest Star Wars movie out of my head so I did some searching to find out where it is. Great Skellig (aka Skellig Michael), Ireland is a bird sanctuary with limited access. With this exposure it's sure to be mobbed for the next few years, but I'll file it down a ways on my bucket list.
This St Michael's Mount in southern England also is a nod to the archangle and can be walked to when the tide is out. It's well worth the train ride from London.
