With higher snow elevations I think it's time to justify a trip into the Cascades on Tuesday February 16th. Both Little Devil Peak and Colonial Peak look promising and I think the trailheads for either are accessible by now. I have been to Colonial before and I think snow would be consistent just after Pyramid Lake. I haven't had the chance to try Little Devil yet. Let me know if you are interested! I'm thinking of heading out to Marblemount late tomorrow evening. Also open to suggestions.

Just drove Cascade River Road yesterday. There is no snow to within 1 mile of Eldorado Trailhead/gate closure. Past that trace snow to the gate.
You can easily make it to 1200ft lookout mountain trailhead. There will be no snow on the ground and won't be any for a long time hiking. At 3400ft on Hidden Lake Trail road there was a foot or two of heavy wet saturated snow.
