My wife has a Nexus card as she travels frequently to Vancouver, BC -- saves some time at the border crossing. The nice bonus is she always gets TSA PreCheck while flying, which less hassle and usually less time in line -- but not always, the last several times through JFK the number of staff in the PreCheck line was some much less than the regular lines that the difference wasn't all that much. Nice to not have to remove shoes or laptop from case though.
