If you've missed the recent history discussions, performances, and book signings by KEXP Roadhouse host Greg Vandy at Seattle Town Hall and others, catch the upcoming event at the dam, featuring more of the above. Greg leads an informative and intelligent discussion on the history of migrant workers, irrigation, public power, the BPA, recording rights, the land, and the man behind the music- Woody Guthrie. Several musical acts. 1:00 PM Sat at the visitor center. Followed by a laser show at dusk wink.gif Woody Guthrie Day @ Grand Coulee

Rich- not too late to catch these related events at Folklife: 26 Songs in 30 Days: Woody Guthrie's Columbia River Songs and the Planned Promised Land in the Pacific Northwest (3:00 PM Mon) The Columbia: America’s Greatest Power Stream (1:30 PM Mon) While you're there catch some of the NW's best Bluegrass/String duos, Squirrel Butter.
