So I'm looking for a hiking/backpacking friend for lite company and share the cost of fuel to get to trailheads or locations. I enjoy peak bagging and long distant trails with overnight camping, so ideally I would like to find a male or female that is a moderate to strong hiker that hikes at a decent pace, not to slow and have necessary gear for the adventure. I'm easy going, and get along with everyone. I like exploring, hiking, backpacking, mostly over the weekends. I'm based out of Everett, but I find fun and interesting trails all over WA and OR.

hi Ready, I'm in Portland. I keep a good pace. And i love Washington and Oregon hikes. most hikes on my list are in Washington. I like a few overnighters in summer. Out, on the ground, in a tent, I seem to be afflicted with sleeplessness, and summer is busy season in my work, so two-days away fits better. I'm in the Facebook groups, Portland Hikers, and Washington Hikers, Steve Carruthers

Sounds perfect! Scheduling might end up being tricky given myriad commitments but please keep me in mind!

My buddy and I are coming in to backpack section J of the PCT 9/04-9/10 or so and are in need of transportation to the trail head at Snoqualmie Pass. We would gladly cover gas and Wilderness Parking pass if that's something you'd be interested in.

Hiking friends

Hi: I am also looking for hiking buds to start hiking full time. I have hiked all over Mt. Erie in Anacortes, and want to go to multiple different places, but would feel way more comfortable with friends to hike with, especially on Mt. Rainier. I am in excellent physical shape but am lacking when it comes to gear as I only have some. If interested please send me a reply on here - it will get sent to my email address. Hope to hear from you, Thanks

Hello! I'm also interested in doing some hiking/peak bagging and looking for someone to share the trails with. I live in Seattle, male, am 28 years old, have reliable transportation, and in good shape. I work m-f 9-5 so most hikes would be on the weekends. Let me know if you're interested.

If anyone is keen on a Camp Muir day trek, on 10 June, I am in. I am looking for partner(s) for 10 June hike to Camp Muir or else if you are doing the trip you noted, I have 9-10 June free when I can join you if this date works for you? https://www.nwhikers.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=8023993

Thank you, Rommel

I am looking for a similar partner. 34, based in Seattle, training for Rainier (guided climb). Have done Mt St Helens & Mt Adams as day hikes in mid Summer.

Hi! I'll be venturing to Portland the week of July 10-16 with intentions on finding two calm days to summit Mount Adams. I'm looking for a partner(s) to do this with. Plan to stay the night on Lunch Counter with hopes of summiting the following morning. Let me know if this is something you'd be interested in doing with me! Southern Hiker Birmingham, AL
