I tried some iced cream called Halo Top, it was on sale at Whole Foods and I'd heard good things about it. For iced cream, it's very low calorie (240 to 280 kCal per pint!), high protein (24 grams), low fat, and low carb. I think it's real cream, but stevia in place of sugar. A pint weighs less than regular iced cream. So if you're trying to maintain (or get to) a healthy weight, it's a pretty good snack choice. smile.gif The catches are that it doesn't taste quite like Ben & Jerry's. It's still yummy, but it's different. The mint chocolate chip is buttery and delicious, but has occasional flecks of chocolate, not chips. Also, it's expensive.
