Yeah, it's been that way since DST started ~5 months ago (been too lazy to update the global configuration). If you want to be on DST you can change it in your profile but in 3 weeks it will fix itself.

I'm in the process of converting dates to relative format (e.g. 3 hours ago) which should minimize the need to worry about timezone differences, DST changes, etc.
