It won't happen unless they hire more "scientists" and beef up the FS timber organization. Or provide money for contractors to do that work which would require hiring more contract inspectors and folks putting contracts together.
Also, the NEPA process and NWFP will need to be amended to discourage the leeches who sue for a living.
Until all that happens, and I doubt that Bubba Junior has the slightest idea about it, your trees are most likely safe.
