If you go high enough - the freezing levels from telemetry and Quillayute looks to be around 7000' at Baker and 7500' at Paradise. On the plus side there should be good ice skating at Stevens Pass.

I be thinkin that them that hills that got snow also got a lot of wind because there be no trees, so there be no pow anywhere
