Go Get It, Young Women! hink.gif I know at least a small piece of the PCT will be a repeat for Hannah, from the backside of Stevens Pass to Trap Pass, where I was honored to hike a couple times with Wildernessed and her to Thunder Mt. Lake, as well as the Icicle Valley Traverse. Good Memories. smile.gif

Poor Hannah came down with an upper respiratory infection and came off the trail for 3-4 days and is on antibiotics. Her partner left her and went ahead, she finally felt good enough to continue and regained momentum. She hiked 22 miles yesterday. up.gif I like seeing happy Hannah.

So, I'm going to put in a plug about helping the "PCT girls" with the best kind (IMO) of trail magic possible - a well maintained trail. https://www.pcta.org/volunteer/project-schedule/ The local PCT crews, the North 350 Blades, the White Pass Chapter and the Mt. Hood Chapter all have projects in need of additional volunteers. Come on out and help clear the way for them as they head to Canada. And know that the help you provide in the form of brushed, logged and smoothed trail will be there for years to come for any and all that follow.
