Yes. The Slightly Used Dog is doing some serious shedding now.

What's especially fun about sock puppets is that you can make each one unique and individual, so that they each have special characters. And they don't have to be human––animals and aliens are great possibilities

dizzy.gif I saw that, then three days of sunshine if it holds. I dropped Steve off a few days ago and later that evening he had 1/2" of hail on his deck at the Columbia River level.

Wildernessed I suspect your temperatures forecast may be for Wenatchee. The forecasted temperatures look high for Seattle or NW Washington. The 300 mb jet stream 5 day animated forecast shows the jet stream trajectory over North America. The forecast wind directions and jet stream location are shown. Western Washington will not experience much clear sky dry weather until the jet stream moves north of Washington State. Notice the near 86F temperature predicted for Portland on Monday May 22nd. Extended forecast for Seattle from NOAA National Weather Service. 5/17 Wed Mostly cloudy, high 60. South wind 9-14 mph. Wed Night Mostly cloudy, low 50. South wind 14-20 mph. Meanwhile, doubtless quite a few 24 hour record rainfall events in Washington and northern Oregon for May 16th. Rainfalls average .5" or so, but are as high as 2.5" thus far. Just a drop in the bucket - which now records 259" since October 1st at Elk Meadows in the Olympics.

The pattern is the same but a break in the systems coming in from the West allowed for some blue skies and sunshine. I went on a wildflower hike with my wife and it was summer hot 82 degrees at the head of Mills Canyon, 85 degrees in Wenatchee at 6 pm. 90's today.
