I might be interested if I knew more about your plan. Is this a one day down &a back? I'm a 70 year old getting in shape for a six day trip on the wonderland trail. I've done Mt Peak, Little Si, Big Si & Poo Poo Point in the last four days & averged 1.3 mph, not fast, but steady
-------------- I can do 2500ft gain-loss, 8-10 miles a day. I could do more but I like to stop & admire the scenery. Would like someone who can go any day of the week & do one to four or five day trips.
