I'm curious what people like to connect up from Dirty Face Lookout (or what remains of it), alternate approaches, side scrambles, actually going up to the Peak and the like. I've been poking around various maps and found a few interesting approaches that I wouldn't have thought to do, notably this one ( http://www.summitpost.org/the-easy-way-up-dirtyface/940767 http://www.summitpost.org/dirtyface-traverse/941251 ) and then the NE approach, which I'm not as fond of because I want the elevation gain ( http://images.summitpost.org/original/521770.JPG ). I went up a few days back and want to get back out there, maybe doing a double for practice with 8k of elevation, but mostly to explore. I started onto some of the logging roads last time and they were almost a river, at least near the trail, thus I opted to do some more research on the area and go to Munchen Haus instead of pressing on. Strava map at the bottom here and some pictures as well.
