I was going back and forth between Image Lake and back or Cub Lake. I've been out to Cub Lake a few times and decided I wanted to do some good fishing, so I settled on Cub. I love that area as well. Its wild out there.

Cool. That thread really got people talking about the terrors of the night, or the lack thereof. What was your experience with that?
A little eerie feel headed in but after getting to camp a few big swigs off the Rich and Rare whiskey and I was out for the night. Woke up early in the night thinking I had heard someone talking, maybe someone coming down from the Ptarmigan Traverse, but it was just my mind playing tricks. I slept as well as would be expected for being in the woods. Did get off trail in the jungle section of Bachelor creek for about 20 minutes. Anyone who has been up Bachelor creek probably remembers the jungle and knows how bad that could be. that was probably the most frightening part of the trip.
