There are a couple of dairies in Lynden. One across the road from the other. Relatives I think. One is organic, the other not but the cows eat the same grass so the only difference is the choice and expense of certification or not.
I think one is homogenized, the other cream on top.
Why not home homogenized? = shake it up

The sell it at PCC in Issaquah and a few other places. (They have both a pasturized and raw variety - be aware of that when you choose it.) I think it tastes pretty darn good.
Thanks for the suggestions! I prefer the taste (and shelf-life) of homogenized milk. Looks like the local Whole Foods should have milk from the Fresh Breeze Dairy in Lynden, which is (mostly) grass fed Apr-Oct.
