I was planning a trip to hike Mt. St. Helen on the 21st of September and the person I as coming with is most likely not going to go so I have an extra pass for the day. I would love to be able to find and someone to come with me so I do not have to go alone. Or if anyone knows someone already going that day that I could join that would work also.
I am leaving out of Portland. I am not new to hiking but not to experienced either if that helps.
If, I can't find anyone to go with is it feasible to do it alone? Any advice is appreciated.
I could sneak off that day, but I have an obligation in the evening, in Portland. That would be my main concern, that I be back in city at 6:30. Traffic would not be a problem southbound. Seems doable for me!
