After thru hikes on the JMT 200+ mi., PCT northern CA 200+ mi, and 180 mi. In Yosemite and Sierra all four zippers on our Copper Spur 2 UL gave up the ghost and stopped zipping. We sent the tent to BA for repair along with some rips in the mesh. They said the repair would be $40. We Sid ok and they replace four sliders and mended both sides of the mesh. This seemed more than satisfactory to us and the tent works fine now. Not quite as good as MSR who gave us a new fly for the Hubba Hubba when the old one got crackly after years of use but still fair.
