No rocks or roots? That might be hard to find. Maybe Baker Lake?

I need to do a 4 to 6 mile hike this weekend. Something with little to no elevation gain (under 1000ft) and an easy tread (not too rocky or rooty). Any suggestions? I like the Perry Creek trail, but it's too rocky.
Head out to Otter Falls / Taylor River trail. Middle Fork to Taylor River Road. The trail goes a very long way. I believe about a 700 foot gain in 5 miles to Otter Falls junction. About 8 1/2 mile to trails end at Snoqualmie Lake. I believe that's only about a 1,700' gain in that distance

Experience is what'cha get, when you get what'cha don't want

Grab a map of the Chuckanuts and put together a nice loop of your choice.

If you're OK with a few bits of moderate rocky or rooty, perhaps try stringing together as much trail walking as you wish for at Deception Pass. I'd suggest walking around Rosario Head, then around Bowman Bay and out to Lighthouse Point. If you want more, the out-and-back from the bridge or North Beach to West Beach is nice, and then you can go around and over Goose Rock, though the climb up the south side of Goose Rock gets a bit ledgy which may be more than you're looking for if you're rehabbing from an injury or some such.
