Google has recently updated the imagery for much of the Cascade Range to dates spanning the summer of 2017. This is about 9 months since the last imagery update in the Central Cascades. Google used to have a site that explicitly showed the imagery dates but AFAIK that's no longer available.

The Google Earth desktop app shows the imagery dates. It also has a date slider to view older images, which is helpful for getting a rough idea for the range of snow conditions in a location.

Yes -- I highlighted the imagery date at the bottom from my screenshot of the desktop app. What Google doesn't provide anymore is a site that shows all the imagery update areas as a layer in Google Earth with polygonal areas showing the updates all over the world. I can imagine this got complicated, but it was a nice feature while they offered it.
