What's in that Garlic?

Thankfully, it grows quite easily in a home garden...and it can be planted right now.

Always fun to see what people dredge up from the bowels of the Internet.

Not just garlic. Know where your food comes from!

^ A buddy of mine emailed that link to me about a week ago. I don't have time to "cruise the web" looking for articles like that - I'm busy trying to watch all of the "Sleepy Eyes of Death" chanbara movies on YouTube right now.
I haven't bought any Chinese garlic for over a year - was buying it at the Asian store five heads for a buck but it was always teeny-tiny cloves and it was usually ready to go off right after I'd buy it. They're opening up a co-op right up the street from me in a couple months. Hopefully it will offer an alternative to the usual crap offered by the supermarkets around here.
